2
INVESTIGATION
Our engineer attended the customer’s property to investigate on 16/08. All site data was submitted by our engineer and reviewed by the customer’s Technician. A report was produced and sent to the customer on 19/08.
3

The works required specialist removal & reinstatement of parts of the kitchen, which we arranged for the customer. We then worked around their availability, attending on 17/10 at a time that suited them, with all repairs completed over two days.
4
SATISFACTION
The customer’s dedicated Technician called to confirm they were happy with the works completed. The customer was also issued with their 3-Year AugerShield Warranty for our repairs.
OUR SOLUTION
During our investigations, we exposed the manhole in order to carry out a CCTV survey of the drainage below the property.
Our CCTV survey revealed evidence of root ingress through joint displacements and evidence of cracking, which resulted in the pipework holding 60% water.
To resolve the customer’s issues, we replaced the Rainwater Gully and 6m of drainage beneath the property, rerouted the pipework, installed 2 Patch Liners, and added a new access point for easier maintenance.
Following repairs, we reinstated the back door steps and paving slabs that were removed to facilitate our works, and left the property clean and tidy for the customer.
Thank you for helping me get this sorted, Paul has done a great job.
