WHAT IS OUR PROCESS ?

ENQUIRY RECEIVED

We receive your request for a call back. We will contact you to introduce ourselves and gather some information regarding your property and system before discussing your options and how we can help.

WE ATTEND

If you opt for an investigation, we’ll arrange for your septic tank to be emptied where necessary and attend your property. We'll build a complete picture, identifying any defects or potential weaknesses, and collecting information regarding off-mains system compliance, performance and expected lifespan where necessary.

REPORT & QUOTE

Based on the information gathered during the site visit, we’ll prepare a clear and simple report covering compliance outcomes and comments on lifespan if related to an off-mains system, identified defects, recommended repair works where necessary, and an accompanying repair quotation.

YOUR DECISION

Once you receive our report, you will have the information needed to make an informed decision on the appropriate next steps. Should repair work be required and you choose for us to carry it out, we will complete the work and provide a 3-Year AugerShield Guarantee covering all repairs.
