ENQUIRY RECEIVED

We receive your request for a call back. We will contact you to introduce ourselves and gather some information regarding your property and system before discussing your options and how we can help.

AUGER ATTEND

If you opt for a site investigation we will arrange for your septic tank to be emptied where necessary and attend your property to complete inspections. From this visit, we will gain more of an understanding of your system which will allow us to provide you with the best advice in regards to compliance, performance and lifespan.

REPORT & QUOTE

Based on the information gathered during the site visit, we will prepare a comprehensive report covering compliance outcomes, comments on lifespan, identifed system failures, recommended remedial works where necessary, and an accompanying quotation for those works.

CUSTOMER DECISION

Once you receive our report, you will have the information needed to make an informed decision on the appropriate next steps. Should remedial works be required and you choose for us to carry them out, we will complete the work and provide a 3-Year TankShield Guarantee covering all repairs.

ABOVE GROUND STP INSTALLATION

Cumbria

After storm flooding submerged a Sewage Treatment Plant, it was replaced with a new 10PE pumped-outlet unit installed above ground to prevent future flooding.

STP & DRAINAGE FIELD INSTALLATION

Yorkshire

After the customer’s tank split and overflowed, a successful percolation test allowed installation of a new Sewage Treatment Plant with a Drainage Field outlet.

SEPTIC TANK REPAIR

Wiltshire

The customer’s Septic Tank cover had been damaged as a result of an external force / loading from above. We were able to repair this, avoiding significant replacement costs.

SEPTIC TANK INSTALLATION

Scotland

After a collapsed baffle prevented emptying, we completed a like-for-like Septic Tank replacement connecting to the existing outlet under SEPA rules.
