OUR PROCESS AT A GLANCE

ENQUIRY RECEIVED

We receive your request for a callback. We will contact you to introduce ourselves & gather some information regarding your property & the issue you are experiencing. We will then book an appointment that is suitable for you for us to visit your property to investigate.

INVESTIGATION

We’ll arrange for your Septic Tank to be emptied where necessary and attend your property to investigate. Our Technician will compile a clear report covering our findings, any necessary repair options, and accompanying quotes. This report will be discussed with you over the phone before being sent to you via email or post.

REPAIR

If you opt to go ahead with a repair, a suitable appointment will be booked depending on your needs. We will attend your property to complete all required works, leaving your property clean and tidy following our visit.

AUGERSHIELD WARRANTY

Once repairs have been completed, we will be in contact to confirm you are happy with our service. We will also provide you with a 3-Year TankShield Guarantee covering all repairs.

After storm flooding submerged a Sewage Treatment Plant, it was replaced with a new 10PE pumped-outlet unit installed above ground to prevent future flooding.
